Our Mergers and Acquisitions Division was a natural development from Executive Search. KeySearch International functions as a finder in the merger and acquisitions of small to mid-sized companies and is actively involved throughout the process. Our services include working with company owners who are interested in buying and/or selling their companies, working with Venture Capitalist and Private Equity firms to identify prospective acquisition targets, matching them with transportation companies seeking recapitalization, to identifying proven leadership teams to develop and grow various business ventures.
